Ms. Sanchez uses her wealth of knowledge and attention to detail to provide exceptional services to the clients at the Slovak Baron Empey & Murphy, LLP. With more than three decades of legal experience working in the Coachella Valley, Ms. Sanchez understands the multiple facets within the practice of law. From in-office strategy conferences with the attorneys and clients, to drafting of legal pleadings, Ms. Sanchez is a critical part of the firm’s legal team.
Ms. Sanchez holds a keen understanding of the procedural aspects of litigation. She has created a litigation readiness system with risk management controls which provides the assurance to the clients and the attorneys that each matter will be handled with the utmost care. Ms. Sanchez assists the legal team with litigation and transactional matters involving real estate and estate planning documentation. A Notary, Ms. Sanchez provides clients needing notary serves, if it be real estate related or estate planning related, an added in-office service.
Ms. Sanchez began her legal career in the early 1980s working for the Indio Superior Court as a court clerk. She attended College of the Desert and received her paralegal certification in 1989 from Muir Technical College in Palm Desert. Prior to joining Slovak Baron Empey & Murphy, LLP Ms. Sanchez worked as a litigation and transactional paralegal at three of the larger Coachella Valley law firms.
A believer in building strong family and community ties, Ms. Sanchez is actively involved with her children and the community where she lives. Currently, Ms. Sanchez is on the Board of Directors for the Shadow Hills High School Band Boosters, holding the office of Treasurer for the organization. Most recently Ms. Sanchez served three years as President of the Desert Ridge Academy Band Boosters, donating her time and skills to the youth at Desert Ridge Academy. In addition, Ms. Sanchez has generously given her time as a volunteer working with the youth department of Southwest Community Church and holding the offices of Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of La Quinta High School Band Boosters.
